Soccer Stars (Kinder-5th)

Soccer stars is coming to Shepherd! This Soccer Stars class is a dynamic and inclusive soccer program designed for kids in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Whether your child is brand new to the game or already building a strong foundation, this program offers age-appropriate instruction to develop essential soccer skills in a supportive and fun environment.

Players will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure developmentally appropriate learning, with each session focusing on fundamentals like dribbling, passing, shooting, and teamwork. Coaches use engaging drills, small-sided games, and scrimmages to keep kids active, improve their understanding of the game, and foster good sportsmanship.

This non-competitive program emphasizes effort, growth, and fun—giving every child the chance to grow their confidence both on and off the field.

Please dress your child in clothes that are appropriate to run in, as well as have on appropriate closed-toed shoes. Please also send them with a water bottle to help with the spring heat. No cleats, shin-guards or other soccer equipment needed.
